About

What is Isegora?

Too many debates end in generalisations: “young people think this,” “women prefer that,” or “everyone in this country agrees.” But the world is more diverse and surprising than a single result can show.

Isegora aims that poll results can be explored by age group, gender, country, region, and city. This gives people a real-time view of how different communities see the same question, revealing similarities, differences, and unexpected perspectives.

Our goal is not to divide people into groups, but to help everyone understand the bigger picture. Because when we look beyond the average, we may discover that the world thinks very differently from what we imagined.

The world is more surprising than the stereotype.

The origin of the word isegora coming from ancient Athens. There was a word for the boldest idea of its age: isegoria, from isos (equal) and agora (the public square). It meant that any citizen, rich or poor, famous or unknown, could step forward and be heard by all.

Isegora brings that right into your pocket. Anyone can raise a question with a picture, and open the floor for as long as they want. While the poll runs, the crowd answers in the purest way it can: an anonymous vote and a flicker of emoji, no arguments, pile-ons, or comments shaping opinions.

When the poll closes, everyone sees the results at once through an interactive chart and global map. Filter responses by age, gender, country, region, or city to see how perspectives change. Comments unlock only after voting ends, so the discussion begins with the same set of facts.

No megaphones. No gatekeepers. Just an open floor, and your turn to speak.

In three slides

The tour every new member sees.

  1. Ask it with pictures

Turn an everyday choice into a poll. Attach a photo per option, like Coca-Cola, Pepsi or Water, and publish in one tap.

  2. Pick a side, stay anonymous

Tap Coca-Cola, Pepsi, or Water. Your vote is secret; the count is public. Comments wait until the poll closes.

  3. Your voice counts!

See how the world split, by place, age, and gender, on a living map. Every anonymous tap becomes a clearer picture. Welcome to Isegora.

The name

Isegoria (ἰσηγορία) is the Athenian right of every citizen to address the assembly, equal speech, not just equal listening. The product name shortens it to Isegora.

The app was formerly called Senti. Deep links and package identifiers keep their original technical names, so nothing installed breaks.
