The public square, in your pocket
Your voice counts!
Isegora turns a question into a poll. People vote anonymously while it runs — then results open for everyone at once, on a chart and a living world map.
Isegora runs in your browser at isegora.com today. The App Store and Google Play releases are in preparation.
Coca-Cola, Pepsi, or Water?
5,040 anonymous votes · results by country, region and city
How it works
Three steps — the same tour new members see when they join.
-
Ask it with pictures
Turn an everyday choice into a poll. Attach a photo per option, like Coca-Cola, Pepsi or Water, and publish in one tap.
-
Pick a side, stay anonymous
Tap Coca-Cola, Pepsi, or Water. Your vote is secret; the count is public. Comments wait until the poll closes.
-
Your voice counts!
See how the world split, by place, age, and gender, on a living map. Every anonymous tap becomes a clearer picture. Welcome to Isegora.
What you can do
Everything below is part of the app today.
-
Ask anything
A title, a question, and two to six options. Run it for a minute or up to thirty days.
-
Show, don't tell
Attach a picture per option, edit it with crop, colour, text and emoji, and publish separately or combined.
-
Vote anonymously
Change your mind while a poll is open. Nobody sees a public list of who chose what.
-
See the world answer
A heatmap that drills from country to region to city, with share and count on every level.
-
Filter the picture
Cross-filter results by option, country, region, city, gender and age group.
-
Find good questions
For you, Trending, Latest and Visited feeds, plus search across hashtags, options and creators.
-
Talk afterwards
Comments unlock when a poll closes, so the discussion starts from the same set of facts.
-
28 languages
The app picks a language from your location and you can change it any time. Translate poll text on demand.
-
Day or night
Night is the default; switch to a light appearance from the Home menu and it sticks to your device.
Anonymous by design
Honest results need people to answer honestly. That shapes how votes are stored.
-
The link is destroyed
While a poll is open, a random per-poll code lets you change your vote and blocks double voting. When the poll closes that code is destroyed — after that nobody, including us, can tell how you voted.
-
No small crowds
Published geography is generalised so no area on the map represents fewer than ten voters. Smaller areas are grouped under Unknown.
-
You choose the detail
Sharing your region and city on votes is on by default and can be switched off at any time in Privacy & ads.
Getting the app
Isegora runs in the browser right now — open isegora.com and sign up. The App Store and Google Play releases are in preparation; poll links (isegora.com/p/…) already open the app for anyone who has it installed, and the web app for everyone else.
