Features
One question, many answers, one clear picture
Every part of Isegora exists to get an honest answer to a question and then show it fairly.
Ask
-
Polls in a minute
Pick a topic, write a title and question, add two to six options, and choose how long it runs — from one minute to thirty days (five minutes by default).
-
Supporting pictures
Add one picture per option from your gallery, cloud files or the camera. Adjust light and colour, crop, flip, and add text, emoji or drawing before publishing them separately or as one combined picture.
-
Hashtags and tags
Type
#hashtagsin the title, question or options, and tag a person or a place in the question. Tags become links that lead back to search. -
Manage what you published
My Polls filters by status, topic, date and text, and lets you unpublish, republish, end early, soft-delete or permanently remove a poll.
Vote
-
One active choice
One vote per person per poll, changeable while the poll is open. Verification at sign-up keeps automated voting out.
-
Coarse geography only
The server derives country, region and city from the network — never a precise pin — so results can be grouped by place.
-
Works offline
Lost connection? Recent polls stay readable and a vote is queued and sent when you are back online.
Results and the map
-
Chart plus counts
Shares are shown as
45% (12)so a big percentage on a small crowd is never mistaken for a landslide. -
Drill into the map
A heatmap of country, region and city levels. Enlarge it, pinch to zoom, tap an area to filter, and zoom in to move automatically from countries to regions to cities.
-
Cross-filters
Multi-select under By option, By country, By gender and By age — with state/region and city under By country — to see how groups differ.
-
Isegora's take
A short, plain-language read of the shape of the result: landslide, split, long tail, and how the timing played out.
Discover and follow
-
Four ways to browse
For you learns from what you engage with, Trending ranks lively polls, Latest surfaces the newest with a quality boost, and Visited remembers what you opened.
-
Follow people and polls
Follow a profile to hear when they start a poll, or follow a single poll to be told when its results land.
-
Comments after close
Short comments (up to 140 characters) unlock once voting ends, with @username and place tags.
-
Read across languages
Polls and comments carry a language marker, search can filter by language, and Translate is manual — nothing is translated behind your back.
Privacy, safety and control
-
Votes become anonymous
The per-poll code that links your account to your vote is random, never shown to anyone, and destroyed when the poll closes.
-
Ten-voter floor
No published area on the map represents fewer than ten voters; smaller ones are grouped under Unknown.
-
Optional stays optional
Personalized ads, product analytics, push and follow emails all start off. Region and city sharing on votes can be switched off at any time.
-
Reporting and review
Any poll, comment or profile can be reported with a category. Content rules are enforced when posting and reviewed afterwards.
On your terms
-
28 in-app languages
Your language is suggested from your location and can be changed in Settings at any time.
-
Night or day
A dark appearance by default, with a light one a tap away in the Home menu.
-
Share anywhere
Every poll has a link at
isegora.com/p/…that opens the app when it is installed, so results stay in one place.
